This is fascinating. Not just because I've been gloriously immersed in a different culture, but because there are so many ways in which even portions of this blueprint can be mapped against personal branding and business growth.
It's a reminder to me to continue to "look inward before rushing to copy external models of growth." I can be informed by external growth models, but ultimately I can do something everyone else here on Substack can do: to harness "the rapidly appreciating value of authenticity in a globalized, homogenized world."
I think as This City realised the first Job is finding your core. What makes you Unique in such that no one can match you. Once one discovers this they then realise actually they don't need to compete with others on their terms they set the terms of where they are going.
